Why isn't my procedure listed?

Our catalog updates automatically, but some recent or very specific procedures may not appear right away. The custom-link entry lets you activate an alert immediately without waiting.

How much does a custom alert cost?

The price is the same as a standard alert — you pick the same tier (Essential, Standard, or Pro). A custom alert counts as a normal alert against your quota.

What if the link I paste is invalid?

If the link you pasted is incorrect or the procedure stops responding, you'll receive an email alert prompting you to pick another procedure from your dashboard. You can also contact us if you believe you were billed in error.

Can I replace a custom alert later?

Yes — like any alert, you can remove or replace it at any time from your dashboard.
